What are “Learning Programs” on The Rounds?
Learning Programs is our educational arm offering a suite of online learning formats (Ask-The-Expert Forums, Pro Webinars, PulsePoints, Vital Views) led by medical experts. It enables HCPs to engage with timely content, peer interaction, and archived recordings.
Who can access Learning Programs?
Only registered members of The Rounds (healthcare professionals) are eligible to access the full suite of Learning Programs.
How do I register or enroll?
Follow these Steps:
- Sign up for a The Rounds account (if you don’t already have one).
- Once registered, log in and navigate to “Events”
- Enroll in individual events or series

Is there a cost to access these learning programs?
No, programs are free to access for any member of the Healthcare Community.
What types of learning formats are available?
At present, The Rounds offers:

Ask-The-Expert Forums – multi-day discussion style events.

Pro Webinars – live, on-demand or hybrid expert-led webinars.

PulsePoints – short, focused video episodes, often with post-event Q&A.

Vital Views – curated short videos on trending topics.
Can I access past events on demand?
Yes, we have an on demand section where the recordings of programs are listed, so you can review events you missed or revisit topics.
Are all programs live? Can I join late or watch afterward?
Webinars are live but can be restarted if you wish from the beginning, All Webinars are available on-Demand after the event as well. . Interactive events (e.g. Ask-The-Expert) are best attended within the the active window as that is when Experts are available to answer questions, the content can be reviewed on-demand after the end date.
How do I ask questions or interact during sessions?
During live or hybrid events, you can add a question or comment on the post feed in the Event. In Ask-The-Expert formats, you may pose questions to panelists or participate in comment threads.
What technical requirements are needed (browser, software, internet speed)?
Below are the optimal technical environments to use The Rounds.

What if I can’t access a session or video (e.g. due to technical issues)?
Try refreshing the page, checking browser compatibility, or switching network connections. If problems persist, send us and email with a description of the issue and a screenshot to support@therounds.com.
Can I access Learning Programs on mobile devices?
Yes, our platform supports mobile browsers. Some formats may be better experienced on a larger screen.
What if I lose access or forget my login credentials?
Use the “Forgot Password” link at sign-in, or contact support@therounds.com for assistance.
Can I share my access or content with colleagues?
Access is intended for individual licensed HCPs. Sharing credentials or content outside your account is not permitted, there is a share button on individual events and an invite button in the Members section to invite your colleagues to become verified members of The Rounds.
How is my privacy handled during sessions?
We adhere to our Privacy Policy. Participant information is kept confidential. Q&A and discussion posts may be visible to other participants unless otherwise noted.
How do I contact support?

Can I propose a topic or suggest a speaker?
Absolutely! We welcome suggestions from our community. Please email your idea (topic, potential speakers, relevance) to info@therounds.com
